Somnopsis is designed to help you explore your sleep data without sending it to us.

Effective October 22, 2026. Somnopsis is operated by Notorio Labs LLC.

Apple Health data

With your permission, Somnopsis reads sleep-analysis records from Apple Health to display your history, sleep stages, timelines, and comparisons with earlier nights. This processing happens on your device. Somnopsis does not send these records to the developer or a third-party service.

Read-only access

The released app reads sleep records. It does not add, edit, or delete your records in Apple Health. You can change Somnopsis’s permission to read Sleep in your device’s Health permissions.

Preferences

Somnopsis saves your display choices locally on your device, including selected weekdays, sleep stages, bar views, and averaging period.

No accounts, ads, or tracking

The current app has no user accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking. The app does not transmit your sleep records or display preferences to us.

When you contact support

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments. Please avoid sending personal Health records unless needed to explain your issue. Support messages are used to respond to your request and troubleshoot issues. We retain correspondence as needed for those purposes and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing support@somnopsis.com.

This website

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as page views, referring sites, countries, and device types. It does not use cookies or a data-collection form, and it does not build profiles of individual visitors. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Our hosting and analytics providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver, secure, and measure the site. We do not use it to track your sleep or build an advertising profile.
